With the ongoing situation around COVID-19, we wanted to share a re-assuring update with you. These are uncertain times, but we are sure about one thing: putting the health and safety of our team and our customers first is key.

We are doing everything we can to ensure the continued sanitation of all our products and facilities. Our team is committed to staying healthy, and helping our customers stay healthy, too.

We apologise for any delays in your order getting your order to you. We have now been advised by Royal Mail that deliveries have been delayed. Production and shipping has been impacted by global issues beyond our control.

We will maintain regular order shipments as best we can with the Royal Mail guidelines, and we really appreciate your patience.

We have extended our returns period permanently, we will also be happy to refund products that have not been received in time. We have tried to contact all of our customers to offer them individual discount codes or gift cards.
