If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
To save the planet we have stopped putting order notes in your orders. Just pop your order details on a piece of paper in the bag if you decide to return. All returns are to be posted to Luxury Label Official, 27 Clevedon Road, Gwent, NP19 8LZ.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. All products must remain unused and in their original condition. For pet apparel please do not try this on your pet as it will not be returnable. Please use the size charts below the product before ordering. For any guidance please contact us.
Once we receive your item, we will notify you that we have received your returned item.
Once received we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or you require a different size. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us via email@example.com.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We advise that you obtain a tracking number to ensure safe receipt of your items.

All our items go through a thorough quality control process to ensure that they meet our high standards. In the event that this is not fulfilled and your item is faulty, please contact our team at firstname.lastname@example.org. All items which do not meet our high quality guarantee you can receive a full refund or be eligible exchange.
